Return Process

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned hemp fibers for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
